Chief John Evans is pleased to welcome the newest members of the department.

ECS  H.M. Frye

Emergency Communications Specialist Frye comes to our department with experience from Front Royal P.D. as a dispatcher, a Deputy Sheriff at Rappahannock County Sheriff's Office, and a Police Officer for the Town of Culpeper.

Originally from Shenandoah County, Virginia, ECS Frye makes her home on a farm with her husband, Derick and two Jack Russells. 

ECS Frye remains eager to bring her various law enforcement skills to the Manassas Park Community.

ECS  D.P. Brown

Emergency Communication Specialist Brown has lived in the City of Manassas Park for sixteen years and worked at the Parks and Recreation Department for five prior to accepting his new position.  When not working, he spends much of his time volunteering with the Greater Manassas Rescue Squad.  ECS Brown is looking forward to serving the community he calls home.
