On September 24, 2020, at approximately 3:30 pm, Manassas Park Police responded to the intersection of West Carondelet Drive and Digital Drive for the report of an indecent exposure. Upon officers arrival, the vehicle was observed leaving the area and was subsequently stopped. Upon investigating the initial complaint, officer’s discovered evidence consistent with the sale/distribution of narcotics, to include a firearm and a large sum of cash.
Mr. Cazell Mitchell was subsequently arrested and warrants were obtained and served for the following offenses: Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I/II Narcotic, Possession of a Schedule I/II Narcotic, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Schedule IV Narcotic, Concealed Firearm, Possession of a Firearm while in possession of a Schedule I/II Narcotic, Indecent Exposure, and Driving without a license.
Mr. Mitchell was held without bond at the Prince William Adult Detention Center with a court date of November 2, 2020.
Investigating Detectives also obtained a search warrant for Mr. Mitchell’s residence located in the 4900 block of Allertow Road in Spotsylvania County. Investigators located additional evidence related to the distribution of narcotics.
