On May 14, 2017, the caller witnessed a silver SUV, travelling eastbound; sideswipe a parked Kia in the 100 block of Old Centreville Road. The vehicle left the scene without stopping. The Kia sustained damage to the rear quarter panel and mirror on the driver side.
